The 8 Keys to Success
"I WILL DO THOSE THINGS REQUIRED!" It is a mistake to think that your upline or your downline will make you successful. The only person that will make you successful is you. "I make my success - and I am responsible for my success." As a leader, if you are productive yourself and you are efficient at what you do and are able to duplicate that efficiency, level after level, you and your organization will prosper. The brilliance of the compensation plan is that it attracts and rewards leadership.
We believe almost anyone can be a leader. While most people will only do the minimum that is asked of them, leaders make the commitment to do whatever it takes to succeed. Here is a concise distillation of the eight actions, commitments and attitudes that separates the real leaders from all the rest.
Recruit 3 new front lines every month. Practice makes perfect. If you are not working actively enough to add three new front line reps each month you will never be practiced enough to become truly competent. Moreover, if you don't see your group grow and your group doesn't see your growth, the likelihood of increased attrition sets in.
Do 500 PV by the 15th of the month. If you are using all the products and services, as you should be, you will do most of this volume as redirected spending within your own household. Add only a few customers and this becomes child's play. Do it early in the month and neither you nor your group will ever fall prey to the end of the month, "Did I make my volumes?" panic.
Attend every function. There is always something new to be learned and even if you think you've heard it all ten thousand times before, you never know when you will hear something new or something old in a new light that could be worth $100,000 per month to you.
Practice recospect. It is true that you will reap what you sow.
Only positives into your downline, never negatives. If you encounter a challenge or problem you don't know how to handle, take it to your upline. Only they have the knowledge and experience to help. Sending negatives downline can only spread doubt and confusion.
Read, listen to, or watch positive material daily. You are what you eat. Devour everything positive and motivational recommended by your Deborah.nu leaders. Study the Deborah.nu training materials both the SST and the Email. Become a scholar of your business. Fill your life with as much positive motivational and uplifting material as you can. Don't let the last thing to enter your mind before you go to bed at night be the late news on TV- who shot who, what war destroyed what, or what piece of space junk is likely to fall out of the sky to land on you. Guard your attitude as if it was your life. Exclude all negatives and focus on that which is useful information, motivational or spiritually uplifting.
Review your written goals daily. 90% of success in this business is knowing why you are doing it and keeping your goals and motivation for action fresh. Only then will you be able to sustain productive actions over the long term.
