The Cycle of Duplication
| Now that you understand that to be successful you must duplicate yourself, let´s look at what you do in this business and how you duplicate what you do. There are 6 Steps in the Cycle of Duplication. You are going to learn each one and then you´ll have some assignments before you will actually start "doing the business". Your sponsor will help you get started after you´ve completed your first assignments.
1. GOALS - Set your goals.
2. LIST - Create a contact list.
3. INVITE - Invite your contacts to receive information.
4. PRESENT - Present the information
5. ENROLL - Enroll your interested contacts into your business.
6. DUPLICATE - Use Deborah.nu to help duplicate steps 1-5 with your new distributors

By repeating this cycle of duplication you will eventually attain the results you want, it´s that simple. Sure, there are a lot details and each Step requires time to learn and master, but these 6 steps represent the whole business. Let´s go deeper.

1. GOALS
Set your goals. Clarify what results you want form the business.
We put this part first because it´s the key to building a successful business. In order to assist you in reaching your objectives, you need to know what they are. You wouldn´t go to a ticket counter at an airport and say, "I want to go somewhere but I don´t know where." You wouldn´t be getting on a plane saying that would you? So, before we can show you how to build a business you need to choose your destination. Oh, by the way, when you go to the airport and you know your destination, you have to pay for the ticket. The way you pay the ticket to your destination in this business is with your commitment of time to learn and implement this training. In this goals assignment you´ll be asked to identify your commitments as well as your goals, you have to be willing to pay for your ticket, but fear not, the reward is worth the pursuit!

Assignment #1 & 2: Goals & Commitments
One of the most powerful ways to succeed is to know WHY you choosing to work at this business. Your goals are your "WHY". The more goals you list and are truly committed to achieving, the more powerful your motivation to learn the business and take action. It´s been said that this business is 98% WHY and 2% HOW. 2. LIST
Your list is the lifeblood of your business. To succeed at the highest level in this business you need to find others to join your team. Your list represents your potential team. Write down everyone you know that is pleasant and you would like to introduce your new business to. Start with those you have the most credibility and influence with. Don´t prejudge or edit your list, remember, you don´t know who will be interested in your business or your products unless you ask them. It is important for you to remember that you are not going to sell them or convince them into your business, you are going to expose them to it and let them make the decision whether or not to join you. Think of this business as a gift, you give it to those you want to give it to and it´s up to them to accept it.

3. INVITE
Once you have developed your list, you need to invite your prospect to learn about your business. The art of the invitation is something that you will master over time. To start the process there are several premade invitations or preambles that you can download. Consult with your sponsor on their invitation preferences. Before you can invite, you need to decide which presentation you are inviting your prospect to.

4. PRESENT
There are many different ways to present the business, the important thing is to present it as many times as possible regardless of which presentation style. Depending on the circumstance, any one of the following presentation methods could be the best way to share your business with your prospect. Review the explanations for each method of presenting and consult with your sponsor for the ones that apply best for you and your business

4. PRESENT: 4Step™ System
The 4Step system presents the business over the Internet in many different languages. There are several ways to use it. First, it is the ultimate long distance sponsoring tool. As your prospect list grows, many of your best contacts will be out of town. The 4Step System can present the business for you quickly and professionally. The 4Step System is also used as a 1-on-1 tool if you have Internet access, as a follow-up system after one of the other presentation styles or as a way to do the business if you can´t leave your house. 4. PRESENT: Hotel Meetings or Deborah.nu Center Meetings
People gathering together for a meeting is one of the classic ways to build a business, it works because the speakers at the meetings are successful in the business and are excellent speakers. There is energy when many people are attending a meeting and it offers social proof when different people get up and tell their story. If there is a hotel or Deborah.nu Center Meeting near you, use it as one of your presentation tools.

4. PRESENT: In-Home Meetings
In-home Meetings are similar to Hotel Meetings only smaller and more intimate. The In-Home Meeting is a great way to launch your business; your sponsor and maybe someone else in your upline will come to your home and do the meeting for you. All you need to do is invite them and your sponsor will do the rest.

4. PRESENT: 2-on-1 Meetings
A 2-on-1 Meeting is done with your sponsor or upline, you and one of your key prospects. This is a great way to give your key prospect some individual attention and listen and learn in the process. This follows the Deborah.nu mantra Learn, Do, Teach.

4. PRESENT: 1-on-1 Meetings A 1-on-1 is you and your prospect, face to face. There are 3 ways to do a 1-on-1
- Paper and Pen
- PowerPoint if you have a computer
- 4Step™ System if Internet access is available.
Paper and Pen
The Paper and Pen method of presenting allows you to present the business literally anywhere in as little as 15 minutes. This presentation takes a little time to learn and you will want to practice this with someone several times before you attempt a presentation. The 15 Minute 4-Point presentation gives your prospect enough information to want to learn more, from either a hotel Meeting or the 4Step System. Occasionally, your prospect will become so excited that they will want to join. The key to a successful Paper and Pen presentation is to create enough excitement to get a follow up appointment. 4. PRESENT: Conference Calls
Conference Calls are usually used in combination with other presentation methods as either a first introduction or a follow-up presentation. Conference calls are a great way to have your prospects listen to top Deborah.nu leaders who are in other parts of the country or the world. Ask your sponsor if there are any live or online Conference Calls that you should put into your presentation strategy.

5. ENROLL
When one of your prospects is ready to start the business, you want to make certain they get registered with the company properly and select the starter kit that matches their intention in the business. If they want to be a leader, they should purchase the leadership package designed specifically for your market. 6. DUPLICATE
This is the last and most important step in the Cycle of Duplication because unless you repeat these steps with your new distributors, you will not have harnessed the awesome power of duplicating your efforts. Once you truly understand the compensation plan (please take the time to understand how our potent compensation plan can be the vehicle that will take you to your goals), you will see how step 6 completes the Cycle.
